June 2022 - Present

As a member of the Client Experience Branch at Canadian Heritage, I contributed to delivering a user-friendly portal for Canadians to apply for grants and contributions, Canadian Heritage Funding Portal (CHFP). My significant involvement included leading the collaborative design and implementation of the PlayBook, an online tool dedicated to meticulously documenting internal processes and resources vital to the operation and maintenance of the CHFP.

Responsible for capturing and illustrating ideas generated in a CMHC’s Solution Lab co-design workshop tackling affordable housing issues for individuals with developmental disabilities and medical complexities. Asked to actively listen to and document real-time conversations between stakeholders, sketch and iterate prototypes, and produce clean visualizations for publication.


May – September 2021

Conducted user research, interviews, and prototype testing for Associate Professor Mi Song Kim. The aim of the project was to develop the Teacher Design Knowledge (TDK) web application. This app will assist teachers at every level to self-assess their skills and foster collaboration and the sharing of information.
